Four Month Sleep Regression

The "four month sleep regression" is a name given to the sleep cycle transition that happens to ALL babies between 3.5 and 5 months. This transition is a permanent change to more adult-like sleep cycles. Even though all babies have this change in sleep cycles, not all babies will struggle through it.
