Limiting the Length of Naps

For all babies taking two or more naps, please know the maximum length for any single nap should be two hours.

Why? Exceeding two hours in one nap can affect the next nap or cause trouble at bedtime and throughout the night. It can also keep baby from getting the calories needed during the day. We want to offer feedings every 2.5-3.5 hours throughout the day too.
